Sowmya is the Founder of Pasham Photography, leading our client relationship operations and ensuring every
family receives a personal and professional experience from the first conversation through to final
delivery. Her eye for candid moments and dedication to customer care are central to the Pasham experience.

Vamshee
Vamshee combines a background in software development with over a decade of experience in photography. As
Technical Director, he oversees the technical side of the business, including systems, workflows,
equipment strategy, website development, automation, and quality standards. His focus is ensuring every
project is delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest possible standard.

Ramana
Ramana leads Pasham’s branding, overseeing visual identity, proposal presentations, and corporate design
standards across all touchpoints. He also serves as a key advisor on our advisory board, helping identify
challenges and remove roadblocks to improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement. In
addition, he brings a creative eye to production environments as an active on-set photographer.
